I love this thing. If you like sturdy then you will love it. It is ultimate back support. I fell asleep watching tv the other night. I love the color pink and I love the sturdy arm rests. I have had others in the past that did not suit me. If you like mushy then this probably isn’t for you. It is big but doesn’t bother me I think it’s cool looking!

One’s opinion of comfort is personal. Many reviews stated this thing was comfortable. I do not share that opinion. I bought this to have for my recovery following surgery. It was suggested that I sleep propped up for a few weeks during recovery. It took longer than expected to receive it. It arrived the day before my surgery. I literally took it out of the box, tried it on the bed I would be sleeping in and tossed it into my bonus room. I went into frantic mode trying to figure out a plan B. The giant pillow felt like an overstuffed bean bag. It is huge! Now I have a huge overpriced beanbag stuck in the corner of my bonus room. I’ll end up donating it, I guess. Again, comfort is up to each individual. I wouldn’t have purchased this if it was $10.00.

I have been using this pillow for several months. Only the arms have softened up. It is very stiff at the back and neck. Maybe if I had kids jumping on it for days it would help or maybe if I remove some of the stuffing it would help. Not very comfortable as it is. However it is well made.

This pillow has the perfect amount of material inside. It’s firm enough to properly support but supple enough for comfort. Great for reading in bed or watching tv while in bed. Works descent for sleeping if you have shoulder pain or recent shoulder surgery. I like this company and many of their products. Seems to use quality products for the products they provide.

Turned out the UPS shipping label was a fully paid one to send to Yogibo, that was a good thing because UPS said it would have been over $200 if I had to pay; I used the same Yogibo box. So in the end all turned out well. The reason for the return was that it was too stiff, they (or a purchaser) could use some or all softer pieces, spongey, stuffing pieces made of foam rather than stiff styrofoam. I have an old memory-foam mattress I'm going to try cutting into a portion into backrest with arms.

It arrived quickly but it was extremely uncomfortable to the point of being painful for me. Not returnable, so very expensive mistake.

There’s no lumbar support because it’s over-full. It is also noisy because of the tiny styrofoam beads rubbing together. I tried to take some out but the zipper won’t open.
