Didn't know I was getting refurbished and/or no quality controlled items
The measure - The stem was installed "Upside down". In other words the measurements were backwards. Had to dismantle the stem, swap the knurled handle and plunger disc and now it is correctly assembled. The flask had powder residue in it. Outside was nice and clean and shiny. Inside, not so much. No it was not manufacturing residue that didn't get wiped out (that would be a QC fail as well), because I put a flame to it and it flashed over, with that distinctive BP smell and smoke; then I cleaned it up. Items function fine. The quality control and truth in advertising is a bit lacking here.

easy to use and accurate
These were very easy to use, filling was a breeze (as long as there is little to no wind) the threading was very smooth, measure spout moved easily but was also a very snug fit. spring retention on the can was very tight but that's a good thing in my opinion.
