Yamaha OEM, you pay more but it does it's job. Can't trust no name cheap stuff when you boat near the gulf stream and constantly get water in your fuel.

Great condition and on time. Filter was dirty and needed replacement after 300 hours. Note: I ordered the tool from "marine tech tools" which was definitely needed for my 2015 250 SHO. It was very hard to remove the bowl. Per the internet I removed the housing from the engine and, don't laugh, put in the freezer. After about 30 minutes I was able to remove the bowl using the tool. Using pliers is likley to cause damage and cost a lot more money.

This filter was not shipped in OEM Yamaha box just a bag with an Amazon sticker on it. If original Yamaha why the FRAUD look??? I have owned and worked on Yamaha motors for years this is not how Yamaha ships OEM parts. Buyer beware this is a very important filter on your motor.

Good fit, a little pricey though

Identical, OEM replacement. I recommend replacing every 100 hrs, or when it looks dirty. It will only filter out particles bigger than about 10microns. If your fuel looks cloudy at all, the very fine particles will pass through it and damage your fuel pump (big 4 stroke is about $500).
