I was going to leave negative feedback for this product due to the uncomfortableness of it, as others have stated, but I then checked the picture and it does state the bottle sizes. I use these with the Neil med original bottle, not the bigger size, and I noticed another review stated this is double the amount. I used .5 of the sachet in the small bottle and what do you know, it does not sting. Good product at a much cheaper price and technically you get double to amount, so even cheaper.

Good value for money, the only minor issue is trying to measure half a dose, though this only a minor issue, especially as they are such good value.
