What I like: The needle has an acceptable level of tracking force, and lowers down very gently The needle carriage is properly angled towards the grooves of the record The built-in speakers don't sound bad (especially for background ambient music), and it's really easy to connect other ones if needed The Bluetooth works flawlessly, and works well as a bt receiver for your speaker setup if you have it connected I measured the speed of the platter to be within +-1 of the correct 33.3 rpm (it may have run slightly slow due to the weight of my phone on it, but I couldn't hear any pitch changes with my records) The platter is isolated with a spring mechanism to dampen vibrations, which is very rare on a turntable of this price What I don't like: The needle is ceramic, so I would recommend spending a bit more to upgrade to a diamond to prevent quick wear The headphone jack is not very good, likely due to the internal amplifier Overall, this is a great starter record player if you just want something simple and cheap to get started with. Especially when connected to external speakers, it can really be quite capable.

I'm very pleased with this record player. If you're looking for something to get you into the hobby, it's great entry-level unit that works well and looks quite nice on a shelf. What I like: The needle has an acceptable level of tracking force, and lowers down very gently The needle carriage is properly angled towards the grooves of the record The built-in speakers don't sound bad (especially for background ambient music), and it's really easy to connect other ones if needed The Bluetooth works flawlessly, and works well as a bt receiver for your speaker setup if you have it connected I measured the speed of the platter to be within +-1 of the correct 33.3 rpm (it may have run slightly slow due to the weight of my phone on it, but I couldn't hear any pitch changes with my records) The platter is isolated with a spring mechanism to dampen vibrations, which is very rare on a turntable of this price What I don't like: The needle is ceramic, so I would recommend spending a bit more to upgrade to a diamond to prevent quick wear The headphone jack is not very good, likely due to the internal amplifier Overall, this is a great starter record player if you just want something simple and cheap to get started with.
