I needed a couple of 18mm magnetic snap clasps for an open canvas bag I recently purchased. I hadn’t fitted them before, but found the process straight forward to do. A useful video is available on the product page for those who are also unsure of how to fit them, though better videos are available on YouTube.There’s a good choice of finishes available, and you can purchase in various quantities from the Trimming Shop store - obviously, the more you buy, the cheaper it works out per clasp. I chose the bronze finish, which matches perfectly with the colour and design of my bag. It’s worth mentioning that the magnets are strong, which means that the two components of the clasp ‘snap’ nicely together. I’m very pleased with the quality of these clasps, which are being sold at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Perfect for my bag making

These perform exactly as expected. I bought them for bags and they are sturdy enough to hold with a good magnet and size. Maybe not versatile enough for smaller items as I feel that they are too bulky for my smaller, lighter fabric items and weigh them down. They look great on the bags and will order again.
