Beautiful Product with Outstanding Support
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The design is absolutely beautiful—it adds such a stylish and elegant touch to my space. You can tell it’s made with great attention to detail. But what really impressed me was the customer support. They were quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made sure I was completely satisfied. Company stands behind their products.
Update. The company contacted me and replaced my light. It’s very refreshing to see a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. Had this light installed since January 2024 and it’s worked fine. Now all of a sudden it does this. Flashes and changes color on its own. What’s the deal with that. No way to contact the seller to see if there is any trouble shooting options or any way to resolve it. Wasn’t a cheap light. Save yourself some money and headaches and buy something else.

Outstanding modern light fixture
This is a great night for my kitchen. It is modern, lightweight, and durable. This is the second light I have purchased because I liked the first one so much.

Low quality and cheaply made product. Would not recommend to anyone.
After less than 2 years of being installed, these lights are failing. They light up only very dimly, and the lenses are separating from the fixture housing. I got in contact with the seller, but they will not provide replacements. I would not recommend this product or any other product from this seller to anyone.

Ceiling light
Haven't been able to have lighting put up as of yet. My ceiling needs 12ft ladder but when received package box was a little smaller than expected. Not sure how it will look in a large room with high ceilings. The sellers customer service adviser has reached out to me and recommended another chandelier that would be better for my home. I must admit their diligence in ensuring my customer satisfaction has been amazing. I wish other companies out here would follow their lead. This company stand true in pleasing their customers. Was able to use in my dining room though. I love it!
