A great printer for the price I got it for. I’d recommend it to almost anyone. And I come from a HP deskjet and a HP Envy 6020e. This printer looks great and has never faulted since I got it out. It comes with free ink out the box and has great printing quality and very fast speeds. It’s quite heavy and large but everything else like easy setup, touchscreen and easy troubleshooting for paper jams etc balance that out.

I was looking for an affordable all-in-one printer for home use, and this HP model ticked all the boxes. I don’t print large volumes, mostly homework for the kids, tickets, or occasional documents, so this was a perfect fit. Setup was straightforward, and HP’s customer support was excellent, they helped me register the printer, activate the Instant Ink offer, and answer all my questions. The print quality is sharp, colours look great, and it’s quiet. I really appreciate the wireless printing feature, being able to print directly from my phone or laptop anywhere in the house is a big plus. Scanning and copying work well too, and even though it doesn’t have automatic double-sided scanning, the HP app makes it easy by reordering pages automatically. After a few months of use, I’m very happy with it. For the price, it offers great functionality, solid performance, and convenience. Highly recommended for home or light office use.

I like HP printers and this 1 was easy to set up. My only problems were putting the black cartridge into its slot to b recognised. I needed to b more aggressive and printer said all 4 cartridges were installed. My next problem was getting old printer from being 1st default printer. Chatbot aided me in help section from hp smart app sorted. Everything worked fine scan, printing sending scan to my email. Loading paper was same as old printer. But just pull out tray fills then slide back in. Wifi is real strong here so no probs connecting and staying connected. It's a mix between printer and starter book to install. The design is nice just like amazon pic. I think photo printing is v good. Never tried envelopes or multiple document scanner. Auto duplex works v well. Ink cartridges 3 color and 1 black just click into place no need to b me v gentle wen inserting them. Great value for money. Highly recommend this printer. Comes with 3 months free ink to enrol. Which I did don't need any proof as new printer. I use hp 80g plain paper wen print or hp photo paper. So far no jams.

What the printer prints comes out in good quality but the function of the printer is poor. The settings keep resetting to factory default i.e when you want to print a document on 1 face per page it keeps resetting to double side printing. On the rare occasion you get it to work it will still randomly print a couple of pages on double side printing in the middle of a document. This makes it impossible to scan a document back in full after signing for instance without merging pdfs and reordering them. The scan function is also poor. Again for some random reason it will only let you scan 1 page at a time on the glass scanner even though its meant to have the capability to scan several before sending to your laptop/computer.

Easy set-up, great printer, bought as a replacement for a HP 5640 which we had been using for 10 years. I had, and continue to use, HP Instant Ink which I find, for the small monthly fee, very convenient and well worth the money.

The yellow set up cartridge included was faulty so could not complete printer set up; HP telephone support tried for 40mins but failed to resolve and did 'kindly' offer a refurbished replacement!?! HP you really think you can fob off and disrespect customers with this 'policy'. I was also told that this issue has 'happened before', so nothing new etc. Conclusion so far : bad quality/manufacturing defect and very poor HP customer 30 day policy. This printer was straight out of the box and did not even print one page. Instead I've just returned to Amazon and now awaiting the replacement. So far only 1 star, let's see if the replacement works..... otherwise a full refund etc

I only got this yesterday, so thoughts so far.. Pros: - Printer was fairly easy to install, only a slight hiccup, as it froze , so I had to restart the set up process. - It prints pretty fast and it is not too noisy - The app is great, you can check ink levels, usage etc. - Scan function is great, it sends the document straight to your email/device, different formats available (DF, word, JPG) - Copy function works good too Cons: - Photo printing quality is very poor. I thought I was upgrading from my 10 years old HP (Photosmart C7200 series), but that was just wishful thinking - the build is inferior quality compared to my old one, feeling like cheap plastic. The paper tray is not the most efficient and needs readjusting with every open/close - Cannot scan from document feeder, only one sheet at a time. I don't think I would buy it again

This printer is excellent, and I particularly appreciate the ability to print remotely via the application. It allows me to send documents or files to the printer, which then promptly prints them as needed. The print quality is also very high. Furthermore, the ink subscription service is quite reasonable and affordable. You can choose a monthly page allowance that suits your needs, which will then determine the subscription price, and new ink will be automatically sent to you before you run out.

Super imprimante ! Quelques petites erreurs dans l'application HP mais tout s'est connecté et imprime merveilleusement bien :) Faut bien suivre les étapes et ne pas hésiter à chipoter si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas.

I bought this as a replacement for an old HP photo smart printer. The print quality is good so far but the build quality is nowhere near that of the photo smart. It seems very fragile and not at all robust. Time will tell how reliable it is.
