I received my wax warmer and put the new bathroom decor all up and this was my last piece I plugged it in and was ready to melt my wax and enjoy my new bathroom but the wax warmer light won’t stay on unless I stand there and physically HOLD THE SWITCH!!! So so disappointed… super cute and I would love a replacement but not sure about another one having the same issue? The on/off switch has a short in it so I was afraid to even attempt to fix it if I was able to…. Not happy😩 Please let me know what I need to do.

I bought these plug-in wax melt warmers at the end of July so to have them for Halloween!! moving forward to this week and I was going to decorate I had never opened it up or anything or taking it out for sure and I took it out to other plastic bag and there was a little white piece by itself well it's like one of the clips that goes on by the night light bulb and then you put that in the hole in the bottom of the ghost and twist it and that's what gets it to stay in there without that little lever it won't stay in the ghost it keeps falling out. Not a big deal I absolutely love these ghosts I figured I'd just call Amazon have them send me a different one oh no for some reason they can't do that and they want them both back or I can keep the broken one and it's just she said it's out of the time I'm going to inspect everything that comes in now which is pain because when you buy something for Christmas and February you don't want to have to order open everything up but I'm still aggravated sensationals has so many cute holiday decorations, but it makes it really hard to want to buy them again when this happens. I still am very perplexed that Amazon could just send me another one so they're pretty much strong arming me by saying you need to send them both back for one thing only ones broke so I'm only going to send one back these are adorable and I want them but I shouldn't have to buy a bad one or shouldn't not be able to have any because they came broken!!!!!!!

I've had this wax warmer for a couple weeks now and overall, I'm pleased with it. It's very cute, and adds a nice holiday theme to the bathroom where I have it plugged into the wall. I especially like that the light that streams out of the pumpkin's mouth and eyes gets thrown against the wall and projects a jack-o-lantern on it as well. This detail delighted my kids when they first discovered it. It has enough room in its basin for one cube of wax, but it has a little trouble melting it completely. You need to move things around if you want it all to melt. Despite this, it does manage to add a good fragrance to my small bathroom. If the larger wax melters add too much fragrance to a room for your liking, this type of melter might be a solution, because it doesn't have as strong a fragrance due to its size.

I love this skull wax warmer. It is pretty and functional. I would definitely recommend this this to anyone. It matches any decor
