![Timon And Pumbaa: Dining Out With Timon And Pumbaa - Volume 2 [DVD]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51xuPz+TtSL.jpg)

Children's animation starring Timon and Pumbaa from 'The Lion King'. The wacky pair enjoy a feeding frenzy from North American to the South Seas. Review: Childhood again - It's like reliving childhood whenever I watch one of these. It's a cute series with two lovely characters and memorable stories. A great watch for young and old alike. Review: great DVD - What a great film. Timon and Pumba at their best. Very funny and entertaining. Great to keep the children and adults entertained.

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY I'VE GOT BUGS IN MY TUMMY
This was a highlight of my childhood. I remember going to the library and eagerly renewing their battered copy each week. While some episodes were hit and miss, the production was so excellent I can forgive it for its sins.

A childhood favourite!
'Dining Out With Timon and Pumbaa' (1997) was one of three videos released containing six episodes of the hilarious 'The Lion King' movie television spinoff 'Timon and Pumbaa'. I loved it as a kid and I still love it now, so was so pleased to see that these tapes were now out on DVD. The compilation contains the following six episodes: 1. French Fried 2. Russia Hour 3. Swiss Missed 4. To Kilimanjaro Bird 5. Don't Break the China 6. Rocky Mountain Lie as well as the music video 'Yummy, Yummy, Yummy'. The show is far more comic than the films, which of course are far superior, as was the animation, but these little shorts are still great fun. This was an entertaining selection of good episodes, the first appearance of recurring character Speedy the talking/singing Snail is here, 'Rocky Mountain Lie' delights with it's references to the The Beatles, the wacky duo's attempts to babysit eagle Baby Earl always makes me smile, and 'Don't Break the China' is truly a little gem. With this being a DVD though, all three of those in this series could easily have fitted in more bonus episodes onto the disc now, making then available commercially for the first time, and that was a missed opportunity. Having said that, as Disney have neglected most of their TV movie spin-offs in the past, we should just be grateful for these DVDs. For now, you can watch them on YouTube.
