I bought this dress for a Halloween costume, and it was perfect. The material was definitely costume material and nothing I would wear for any other occasion. I bought this and a woman’s small, which was too big. For reference, I am 5’2”, 100lbs.

Went to a barbie themed party. Two other women had the same costume as me. However - mine was a MUCH better quality and fit. Also came with all the accessories which neither of the others did. Was very pleased with my purchase.

For the price, I was expecting something much lower quality. While this is definitely "kids' costume quality" and not "apparel quality," I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and soft the fabric is. The dress is very close to the style from the movie. It was a nice gesture to include the jewelry, but we'll need to get the correct jewelry style for this dress elsewhere.

I really wanted to love this costume. Unfortunately, it's not true to size.Let me start with the good. It's light weight, brightly colored, and the pants are comfortably stretchy. Now the bad. The design is cute but is more printed on vs actual details. The bigger problem is the vest is made with a stiff, unfeasible fabric and is not the size advertised. I would need to go up 2 or 3 sizes for the right fit.If you're smaller up top, that might not be a problem for you.Overall it's cute, it comes with a pair of plastic pink lightening earrings, but definitely size up!
