I started consuming red Ginseng for awhile now. I've been taking red Ginseng for the gym and I'd say this product is a good way to start before you workout. Before this medicine, I'd wake up and feel lazy to go to the gym but ever since taking this medicine I've been feeling more active and have more energy despite my low calorie diet. My rep ranges increased since I started, I can last longer.... in the gym. 😅My focus and memory has increased too, this is good for PC games like League of Legends and Valorant, both games require an aptitude of mentality. Overall, this product helps me out tremendously in my everyday life.

I like that it doesn’t have an after taste and it is odorless. Ingredients are all natural which is what I was looking for.

I like the ginseng in this product

This product is a great way to give your immune system a boost without huge capsules. Can't say of it works objectively but I haven't gotten sick and no adverse effects from the supplement.

Eye supplements are part of my daily supplement regimen. I would have liked to see other eye vitamin and/or minerals added to this bottle rather than the ginseng for cognitive support. I feel that would have been a more beneficial eye support complex. I am already taking other supplements specifically for cognitive support only. If advertising an eye supplement, then stick to that. However, bilberry is also beneficial for gut health, as noted on seller web page.The potency is noted to be slightly higher than the recommended amount. These supplements were made in Korea and thus do not have any of the safety certifications noted on the bottle such as GMP or third-party lab testing. This bottle contains a small 30-day supply, which would be good for consumers who have never taken these ingredients before and may want to try out a small supply to ensure they do not experience any adverse effects before ordering a larger supply.
