Bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it, uses it almost daily. And I steal it sometimes when I get migraines and it helps with that too!

Overall 5 star with some very minor issues. I've been working night shift for the past 10 months and only recently have I looked into getting some kind of sleep mask. I have a big head and this thing expands to fit me. It's comfortable. Slightly cooling. The main thing is it keeps out a lot of light. Not total black out but def over 90%. I got a long bridge on my nose and it start high so I wish this had a deeper cut for the nose, but it's basically the only gripe I have with it. It does let some light in at my cheeks because of the nose cutout but it's only noticeable when my eyes are open. I keep it on all night/day/whenever I wake up. It's lightweight and comfortable. I gave this sleep mask to my brother who suffers from headaches. He’s used it cold for headaches and warm when he needs to relax. He loves it. He said it blocks out all the light and is soft on the face but does put a little pressure on the nose. Pros: • Hot/cold options • Full blackout • Comfortable Cons: • Slight pressure on the nose Verdict: Great for headaches or winding down.

I purchased 1 of these and put it in my freezer. I tried it and unfortunately was disappointed in only 1 thing...it only stays cold for a few minutes. 5 or less. I thought it had a gel in it like the caps they have. It doesn't. I purchased a second one to see if it was only the first one that was not working. Nope, the second one only stays cold for a few minutes. They stay in my freezer. Yet get warm in only a few minutes of wearing it. They are comfortable. They are NOT light weight. They for me at least are heavy. But if you adjust them it doesn't sit on your nose bridge to heavily. I do like that they block out light, but I could have purchased a regular sleep mask for cheaper that would do that. Over all they are good for a few minutes to give you cold relief, great if you want a light blocking sleep mask.

i’m absolutely in love with the TheraIce cooling gel, relief range, and have at least eight of their items and have found it so helpful. My entire family uses their products, all different styles for all different parts of the body ranging from head back hand, leg, knee and ankle. We have them all and we love them in our family.

Perfect if you have long eyelashes or hate having something touch your eyes while sleeping also love being able to put it in the fridge when I have a head ace.

I was looking for something that would help with my occasional headaches and tired eyes. This cooling gel mask has really proven to help relax me. Whether it be to help me sleep or get rid of a headache. It is durable and it does have some weight to it. I will definitely recommend this to others.
