I was planning on making my own, but one afternoon when far from home I was experiencing a lot more unpredictable shooting pains and a larger area of "feels like a 1000 needles" being pressed into my funny bone. I didn't want to go another day with this, so I decided to hop on Amazon and see if such a brace existed. Saw the great price and that it'd be delivered in the evening before I went to bed. Best decision I have made in a long time. It's been several days now and my elbows are feeling so much better. Even after the first night I could feel that it worked. Only two spells of pain that day, one the day after, and over the last two days, nothing. FWIW, I bought two. It's a little tricky getting them on and wearing them when not in bed, but when in bed I find I don't turn onto my stomach as much and I no longer wake up with an arm tucked under my body.

Hard to position. I’m tall. So it’s also a little short for me. But that shouldn’t be a problem for anyone under 6’2”ish.

I have a problem with the nerve running on the outside of my elbow. The way the aluminum braces run on this, the one on the outside sits right on the outside of my elbow, and as such, causes pain. I took out the outer brace, and left the inner elbow one, but even the fabric was aggravating my elbow. I bought another that leaves the elbow exposed, and it doesn't aggravate. This one is of good quality, and doesn't move (although I couldn't keep it on for more than an hour or so). Good product, just didn't work for my situation.
