This real review after using these tablets for month
I was actually suffering from extreme PMS symptoms.So,when I looking for something in tablets form to control hormone before my period.I found it.I start taking these tablets as ritual without skip.In a month 😳. I actually seeing amazing results.No insomnia before periods,no anxiety or depressing symptoms.I highly recommended this product to all those woman who are having heavy PMS symptoms.Without second thought go for it girls.In love with product.

Not at all effective
I have been using this charak medicine as I am suffering from all premenopause symptoms like terrible hot flashes, mood swings, joint pain and insomnia. I was so excited to buy this product and I can say after 1 month use that it's somewhat effective. I am feeling better in regards to my hotflashes. Will update after 2 months

Doesn't work at all
I have taken for 3 month but there not even 1% improvement in my hot flashes.... I am 43 years old .after taking this tablet my hot flashes comes often (9-10) times in a day . stomach always feel blotaed after consuming this tablet.. I would recommend go for other option . What ever company claims doesn't work even if u have pcoc or early menopause or mid menopause ... don't trust this medicine
