All the hour hands measure 7 cms. The mechanism works well and keeps good time. Hope this helps.

The minute hand is about 90mm long

I haven’t tested it but I think it’s highly unlikely that it would be waterproof.

Hello Unfortunatly I don't think that there is a way of adjusting the clock to lose a minute. I have had a few like this in the past, how much you pay for them, it's a case of writing them off. Sorry about that. Ian
