1. They claim that you’ll sleep on your back with a 15 degree angle in your neck, it’s more like a 40 degree angle even after removing the small pad from inside and lowering its height. This hurts the neck discs and causes pain instead of supporting your neck. 2. Good luck trying to sleep on your stomach without feeling like your neck is about to break. 3. You will not be able to refund it because a refund requires you to ship it back in its original package, however, the pillow comes vacuum sealed in a small package, and it will expand to 4 times the package size once you open it. So refund is not possible

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

This pillow is very different from the standard average pillows because of how it is conformed. When I first used it I definitely felt improvement the next day and it seemed like it kept my head steady & stable during the night. I tend to roll around & I do put my arms up on the pillow. So using the side areas where they’re concave were a little odd at first, and that’s the reason why this product only gets four stars. I find that my arms and hands don’t align completely with the indentation in the pillow. The other thing that is unique is that the pillowcase that I put on it is loose and floppy; however, I have seen where there are pillowcases that can form to these Orthopedic pillows. So that would be an advantage. If you don’t like your pillowcases sliding around. I always use pillowcases that have a zipper. I’m not a fan of the envelope style of pillowcases. I have chronic neck problems, and I feel like after a week of using this I definitely felt relief in the morning when I woke up. but it is just a little bit odd to use when you first receive it again because it is so different than your typical pillow. It is firm and the level of elevation was good for my neck . I do think it is helped my neck and my back and I find that I don’t turn as much during the night because of it. I would recommend it. I also think the price point is very reasonable for a product that could potentially make significant improvement in your neck and sleeping.

OK…let me start by saying that I thought this pillow was defective from the manufacturer. It says that’s it’s adjustable to make the pillow higher or lower based on your preference. It was too high for me and uncomfortable, so I opened the zipper and looked for the foam insert that was supposed to come out to make it lower. There was nothing (so I thought) that came apart from this pillow. So I put it in the closet and forgot about it for a good long time. Fast forward to me wanting to try the pillow again yesterday to help with my neck and shoulder pain. Once again…too high. This time, I opened the zipper to look for the foam insert and noticed there was another zipper on the pillow underneath the first zipper. I opened that and low and behold…there was the foam insert (I didn’t realize it was behind 2 different zippers). When trying to remove it, I couldn’t figure out how to get it out because the button in the middle was secured to the front and back of the pillow. I took a chance and thought “maybe the button snapped open” and it did!!! Once I unsnapped the button, the foam insert easily slipped out and I finally had my lower pillow. I tried it last night and it was so much better! I think that it helped my constant shoulder and neck pain I have from cervicogenic dizziness. I woke up this morning much less sore and that knot that has been in my trapezius muscle was gone today! It doesn’t cure my current neck issue, but I think it’s brought the pain down quite a bit. I slept on my back all night and was even able to slightly incline my adjustable bed and still use this pillow.
