Quality performance
I chose Panasonic for the balance of value and quality . The other brands are more popular , but that doesn't equate to the value to quality ratio . They cost more , but do not perform any differently or better . I use Panasonic batteries in all of my devices .

As expected the norm /average pricing
I needed these for my security door sensors, and they were packaged very well and protected, which I appreciate and worked as expected. Would purchase again.

Received DOA (Dead on Arrival), Replacement battery was Good.
I bought this battery for my SimpliSafe Smoke Detector, which stated to use this specific battery (Brand Name and Part Number). When I installed it, the Smoke Detector would not work at all. Even my old battery had enough juice to activate the red replacement light and low battery warning chirps. I noticed that the Date Code on the new battery was in 2020, so I thought that this was the Date of Manufacture. Then I looked at my old battery and seen it was dated 2025, so now I know that 2020 was probably the Shelf Life Expiration Date. I sent it back for a free Replacement Battery, so hopefully the next one will work. 8/31/2022 Update - My Replacement Battery has a Date of 2030, so I know it will last a few years.
