These sachets taste good with no horrible after taste. They come in a box which is quite heavy . They do boast energy etc but in all fairness without a longer trial on them is can't really comment. This is something you would want to use ina regular basis but for the price I'm not willing to try it in the hope.

I enjoyed the flavours of these, which is a good way of making water taste nicer. I can't speak for the energy side of it but the value doesn't seem amazing for how much you get.

I ordered these as I've been training for a 5K recently and thought that these would be good on my runs. However to kick it off they were disgusting and I don't just mean you can put up with it and it'll be okay these are horrendous.Try to persevere with them as much as possible for this review and I managed to to use an entire set properly however I didn't feel any sort of difference within my workout or within myself

I've been using Vow Nutrition's Match Day Fuel for the past few months, and it's been a game-changer for my gym sessions. The 'Kick Off Focus' gel gives me that sharp burst of energy to start my workouts with a bang. The 'Half Time Hydration' is perfect for maintaining momentum, and the 'Full Time Recovery' gel helps me wind down and recover faster post-workout. I appreciate that they're Informed Sports approved, which gives me peace of mind about the quality of what I'm consuming. The only reason I'm holding back a star is that I'd love to see more flavor variety. But overall, these gels are a solid addition to any fitness regimen.

The Apple gel pre workout tasted really nice, the orange half time tasted very salted. I haven’t noticed a massive increase in energy but i performed well during my workout.At the time of reviewing this product was priced at £10.99.I would recommend this product.

The idea behind these being gels aimed for 3 different times, named after football/soccer terms, each put together to best help that part of the exercise. As price seems competitive for what it is I won't comment on it other than noting that I myself am not too knowledgeable it just seems like this would be best suited for those serious about their exercise, especially when you factor in that these heavily imply to get the best out of these to exercise (in some way) for a full hour.That aside I was willing to push myself to properly get the benefits, and it did seem to be relatively noticeable compared to exercising without something like this (I get tired out a lot faster). As for flavours they seem alright for what this is, nothing mindblowing but easy to take, I was also amused at how the 3 flavors are actually colour coded (its a nice touch). My TLDR would be if you are serious about exercise or have physically demanding work that can go for around an hour this is worth giving a try.

Recovery gels seem to work,Pre workout gives almost no difference to me then taking regular coffee in the morning.Didn't drink coffee in the morning, tooked it 20min before intense workout and didn't see any difference.Post exercise seems to help recover after exercise.It tastes good.No stomach problems etc.Maybe with more gels to test out I would see much difference in results.Using them on a regular basis could make change.

Really nice idea for trying out new flavours of sports performance enhancing drinks. These gels are brilliant and really make a difference whether it's during sports or just at the gym. I found these were really nice to have midway through a workout at the gym and it was a real treat to try out the different flavours which are all really pleasant and fruity. They were not too sweet and I really did find they gave me some extra energy and I felt good after having them. I think great value for this set and would be a nice gift as well for a sports lover.
