First off the item came sooner than expected which was great. Everything was packaged well in the box and no damage to the outside. Unfortunately the spring cover had a tear. After contacting the seller they quickly responded and sent a replacement. It took a couple hours for my husband to put this together, but the directions were easy to follow. We ran across a couple of issues, one the string to hold the net down was not quite long enough, but fixed that with a few zip ties. Second the ladder holes don’t quite line up for the steps. The top lines up no problem but the bottom steps don’t match up. My 9 year old son is very happy and has already given it a good test run. It is very sturdy and has a good bounce. The basketball goal is a great addition and attached very sturdy. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase from them again.

This trampoline has been so great for 3 years now! It’s great quality and very durable. This has been so fun for not only our kids & neighborhood kids, but also some adults! Assembling this trampoline was not difficult & the instructions were clear! Additionally, the customer service received from this seller, has been top notch, such quick and kind responses with any and every question.

My grandkids love this trampoline. It's big enough for kids and adults. It's easy to assemble. It took me and my crew about 2 hours to put together. I've had this trampoline for over a year and it's still going strong. I did have an issue with one of the T connectors but that was my fault. I reached out to the seller and they sent me another one with no problems. If I have to buy another one, it will be from this seller and company.

This was pretty easy to put together, but I did have a helper that had put her own together previously. A couple beers and an hour or 2 later and it was up and bouncing. So far it seems to be sturdy

This is a great trampoline for the price. Came in two boxes mailed separately at different times. The first box was a nice size and weight, however the second box was huge and extremely heavy. When assembling the trampoline you should probably have two people for assembling the base. I did it solo and it was a pain in the a$$, but I did manage to complete it. The reason I gave 4 stars is I strongly feel the base circle frame should have tap screws to hold it together instead of the springs holding it tight to keep its shape. This makes it difficult putting together solo and also makes it so the trampoline can’t be moved from area to area with out risk of damaging the base frame. With all that said I’d still but it again. Trampoline can hold plenty of weight and has a lot plenty of bounce to it and seems to use decent materials.

This has been the best trampoline that I have owned so far. Holds up very well overall. Had to replace a couple of the bars that hold the net, but working with the seller on warranty replacements has been extremely easy to do. Would recommend this trampoline!

I am a single mom. I purchased this trampoline for my children for Christmas 2024. I put it together with my 9-year-old without too much of an issue. I had already put up another trampoline four years ago by myself. This trampoline is the worst. The pad is already ripping. The net is ripping. The padding over the springs is degrading. All of this is happening in less than a year. I will have to replace it soon. I did not get it up until March 2024. My last trampoline was solid for three years and started really wearing during the fourth year.

It worked out well for us. Kids love it.
