But does not repel anything! Sprayed and soaked the ground to keep rodents out of garage office and the next day there were droppings in the office. I used half a bottle to spray around the whole perimeter. Very disappointing.Their customer service is incredible! Has an issue with the first shipment leaking and was replaced that week.

This spray, with its bright peppermint scent, makes the house smell Christmasy already as it keeps the mice and field rats at bay! I’m hoping it makes sure that “not a creature is stirring, not even a mouse!” (or rat) come true! Big fields behind us attract field rats who try to get into the house, especially the garage. I’ve sprayed around each door, inside and out! (One drawback: Bottles are small, had to buy two.) So far, so good! Cooler/Cold weather makes me have to stay alert to unwanted visitors, so I’m hoping this spray works as well as it is so far…
