My new Nespresso Vertuo Creatista is a game-changer in the world of home coffee machines. A sophisticated addition to mine and any kitchen! Delivery of the machine was very quickly and the whilst unboxing it did not disappoint. Aesthetically, the machine is sleek, elegant, eye-catching and connected seamlessly with my phone. Hello Nespresso app! The set-up is extremely user-friendly with a whole repertoire of drinks at your fingertips. The quality of the drinks produced are tasty and barista standard from the comfort of your own home. I am a real coffee enthusiast and appreciate the ability to produce delicious drinks at the touch of a button. The ease of usability of this machine is brilliant, extremely user-friendly and simple to master. The flexibility in length of drinks/cup size is a real positive of the Vertuo system. The ability to make an espresso to a latte with a range of blends coffee pods fits well into my day and allows me to cater all moods. I’m excited to try the full range of pods. Makes great coffee and is easy to use. However, we noticed the machine leaked from the underneath after an about 6 weeks and was sent back to Nespresso for repair under the warranty, they returned the machine stating that there was nothing wrong. Even though I had a video call with their customer service to demonstrate the leak. It went back a second time and the same thing happened, On the third time of returning, they replaced a part but it was still leaking when it came back. We requested Nespresso to replace the machine and they declined our request. After 11 months we returned the machine to Amazon and they sent us a brand new one. After approx three weeks the new machine started to leak in the same place. In all the time of owning these machines we have cleaned and maintained as per the instructions. With both machines, the leak happens after using the milk frother. Really disappointing and glad it was purchase in Black Friday sale rather than paying full price. A machine at the price should not have this leaking issue and from reading reviews online we are not the only people to have encountered this.

Well what can I say about the Nespresso Vertuo Creatista coffee machine. It’s the best coffee machine I have ever purchased. It’s like having a coffee barista in your own home! I will never need to have take out coffee again. I love the fact that you can have anything from an espresso sized coffee to a mug at the touch of a button. The machine itself is stylish, more compact than I was expecting and in a sleek brushed stainless steel finish it looks fabulous on my kitchen counter. The built in steam wand is amazing you have 3 different settings for milk texture and heat to make the perfect cappuccino, latte or flat white in seconds. It’s also extremely easy to clean, with a damp cloth after use as it self purges into the drip tray. The range of coffee pods available is great and easy to purchase online or at a Nespresso boutique. The machine was easy to set up and connect to the internet and also the Nespresso app on my phone to keep track of maintenance and troubleshooting . Delivery was quick and easy to arrange. The unboxing of the machine was just as exciting as the first use. The machine is expensive but it is very worth the money for barista-style coffee at home and I highly recommend this machine to anyone who loves a coffee. So go on treat yourself to this fabulous machine, you will not be disappointed.

Bought this as an upgrade to our previous Vertuo machine. Looks wise, it really is the business and looks very professional in the kitchen. However, there are a couple of glitches which can be irritating bearing in mind the cost of the item. First is the fact that it cannot froth the milk and deliver the coffee at the same time, which the previous machine could although to be fair, they were two separate machines. Second is that the coffee capsule doesn't always eject efficiently in the bin - annoying when you have to manually move it with your hands. Finally, and this is a word of warning - DO NOT dishwash the drip tray. Although it looks robust, it warps which is surprising given the thickness of the plastic. Although a replacement was sent by Nespresso the next day, should this happen to an expensive machine? On the plus side, it does make great coffee and does flat white and carafes, which the old one didn't

It's official I have fallen in love with my Nespresso vertuo creatista machine! I have searched and tried several coffee machines dazzled with promises of coffee heaven and disappointed with the results but now I am living my barista dream helped by the videos and barista creations online. The quality of coffee delivered in these pods is outstanding whether you love an expresso, flat white or a latte Nespresso have nailed it. The milk frother gives the ability to custom your coffee and the choice of 3 size settings makes it easy for me to have my expresso at home and a latte in my travel cup on the go. The choice of strengths and flavors is great and i love the ability to do cold brew over ice. I found the app to be a game changer and ordering is so easy even offering dedicated Sunday delivery. This machine is stylish and has a large tank that accommodates 6 large pods or 10 small. I love the used pods are auto emptied to the container and i can recycle them. The price of the machine does come in at the higher end but the money you will save from buying your coffees out will easily be worth it. I would definitely recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Guaranteed decent coffee every time around as I’m using the Nespresso pods. The milk warming function on the machine is really good. Everyone in the house is very impressed.

This is a fantastic machine and replacement for my older creatista pod machine. It arrived very qujckly, the build quality and aesthetics are excellent. It is extremely user-friendly, with flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes literally made at the touch of a button. Results are excellent, producing coffee that isn’t far off what you would expect from the well-known high street brands. No fuss/no mess and a simple clean up operation. A large water tank is helpful when making a number of coffees for friends/family (double the size of my last machine). The vertuo system is much more advanced than the original Nespresso offering and I love the long drinks it produces – a real limitation with the older pods. In summary, I am very happy with this machine that provides excellent results with no fuss and mess! Highly recommended.
