Just what I was looking for.

Too much “drag” or friction
I ordered these for a simple hoist to lift a 20lb water mat up to the ceiling. It was like it was 80lbs trying to pull this up through a single pulley. They sounded like metal grinding rather than a smooth pulley. Went & bought 2 at Hole Depot for $7 and they performed much better and how I expected. Sending these back!!
