I have been trying to find a pre workout that helps with energy and focus .I stopped using them for about a year when they discontinued the old JACK,NEUROCORE,AND CRAZE,I thought I would give this a try, .with my expectations not too high I was pleasantly surprised.I started with a full scoop having a high tolerance with caffeine ,and adding Kre-Alkalyn to the mix.I and have used it four times now and I have to admit this a good product and also gives you good pumps,from a good blend of supps.

I'm going to make this short and sweet for those who don't want to read a giant paragraph. I've been working out for years and have taken my fair share of pre-workout. This is one of the most effective, if not the most effective pre-workout I've ever tried. Energy is nice and smooth, as well as long lasting. The pump is incredible, even after the first dose. And it has no artificial colors and nice, simple ingredients. Unfortunately the taste is horrible and have to force it down every time I drink it. But for how well it works, the bad taste is worth it.

I feel comfortable taking this formula and do not fear any unintended effects, such as elevated liver enzymes which have been associated with other formulas. I can't say I am a big fan of the taste. However, if one is serious about fitness then one should not care too terribly much about the taste: it is a tool in one's fitness arsena, not a soft drink to be enjoyed. I would give it 5 stars but feel it is somewhat pricey. But I will continue to order this product.

Works very well as a pre-workout. Good energy and mental focus. No jitters. I have been using it for a while now. The mental focus along with pre-workout energy makes for a very good combination. IF you are looking to get gooned off of Pre-Workout products that are made to look like clinical drugs that are barely legal go do that BUT, If you want a very good pre-workout that provides energy and focus try THRIVE pre-workout!

I have tried every pre-workout formula on the market and this stuff is reasonably priced and works far better than the more expensive GNC products. Tastes better as well.

blah blah blah, just like many other people that have tried many pre workouts & found them ineffective or having too much caffeine- --this is the only 1 that does not make me jittery and actually gives me energy. I take it about 30 minutes on an empty stomach before working out.I usually mix it with about 10 grams of whey protein...so kind of a empty stomach :-)NOTE-I will never take it again on cardio days however, I took this prior to P90X2 base and back workout --- my heart would not slow down, so now I only use it on resistance training days. Used this stuff while on deployment in Afghanistan. After mission it was hard to find motivation... this was a huge help. Put on a lot of mass with the extra motivation.

So far, after about a week of use, I have found this preworkout blend to be fantastic. The intense skin tingling sensation I usually experience when taking pre workout blends is diminished, however the energy and sustain I receive are equivalent, if not better, than other products. The best way to describe it would be to say it is a "clean-energy". There is no "weirdness" associated with the energy. No crash, no energy roller coaster, no headaches, no stomach aches. Smooth climb, smooth descent. Flavor is mellow and tasty also, even though many users complain that it is gross. I didnt think so. Would recommend. Will purchase again.
