Works great. Removed all stains and left a very clean appearance on our lobby furniture. Easy to use. Light weight even filled with the water. The stem feature was amazing. I highly recommend this small unit over renting a large capacity cleaner. Worth the money and time saved.

If you have pets, this machine is absolutely worth it. I can’t believe how much cleaner my carpets, furniture, and even my car seats look after using the Little Green Pet Pro. It pulled up stains I thought were permanent — old accidents, muddy paw prints, and mystery spots that just wouldn’t come out before. The suction power is strong, and it’s super easy to use and clean afterward thanks to the self-cleaning hose feature. I love that it’s compact and lightweight but still powerful enough to deep clean like a full-size carpet cleaner. The included attachments make it perfect for detailing the car or tackling small areas fast. It’s one of those products that actually does what it claims, and it’s made my house smell and look so much fresher. If you’ve got pets (or kids), this little green machine is a must-have. Seriously — I wish I’d bought it sooner! 🐾✨

EDITED REVIEW: MULTIPLE UPDATES. Waited a few months to write this review to ensure it works as well as it did when I bought it. It doesn’t disappoint! This thing has POWER! It sucks the stain and solution up so dry time is minimal! There’s no leakage at all. I’ve used this more than 10 times and I have not noticed a leak at all. I do spend the time making sure I put it away nicely, and I do make sure I clean the attachments and hoses after each use. I love that it comes with multiple attachments for car and other furnishings. The size: let’s talk about the size. For being such a small, portable machine, it doesn’t skimp on power! I love that it’s not big, bulky or heavy! I can lift with ease. The speed is fine. I really haven’t seen any decline since I bought it. I really love the steam feature, but don’t put it near skin. Steam is hot. Please use common sense when using this function. I really love this machine for the car! It cleans my seats better than any other carpet cleaning machine! Being that it’s smaller, it’s not as noisy as most carpet cleaners, which is a plus for saving the ears! UPDATE: and as of today, 1/26/26 the machine stopped working. Won’t spray at all (SEE VIDEO) No matter what I do. I purchased it in June of 2025. I am absolutely disgusted that I spent $250 on this thing and it won’t even work now. UPDATE 3: I have to give kudos to Amazon since they offer product support for items like this. I found my way to Bissell customer support via my order here on Amazon. Within a few moments, I was connected to Bissell Customer Service. The rep was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot why my machine stopped spraying. When all efforts were exhausted, he decided it was in my best interest to ship me out a new hose and attachment cleaner head free of charge. I cannot be happier. This review went from 5 stars down to 1 (and I rarely do that) back to 5 stars for exceptional customer service!!! Hopefully the new hose and attachment works! TBC….

The steam comes out intermittently, out of a small area and is not very hot. The water shoots out in a narrow pattern, much more narrow than the suction head. The suction is fair, not very good. The tanks are very easy to fill and empty. Overall the Bissel gets the job done but slowly. I was going to give 3 stars because of the performance of this machine but I gave it 4 stars because it's a relatively cheap machine and I can't expect it to perform much better for what it costs.

Bought this after getting a rescue dog because the one we had didn’t work well. It holds a lot of cleaner so you can use it for a while without it emptying too fast. The hot steamer makes picking up stains easy to do. It works really well and it’s easy to put together. It does not leak and you cannot smell anything coming from the hose. Great value for a must have in your house. We also use it on our car mats!

This wet vacuum works very well for pet mess. Very strong suction allows for fast drying. Small and light weight for portability. No leaking or foul odor. Affordable at its price point. You can even use it to clean your car upholstery and carpet. Its a must have if you have a new puppy or even an elder dog who has accidents. I do wish the hose could be a bit longer, but overall its not a deal breaker.

What it does well: Cleans the staircase of a house with a dog, but you'll have to focus on the scrubbing part of the whole deal. The one on the handle just isnt big enough to do it quickly, but the solution does work and the suction of trhese baby is a great bang for the buck. It is always perfect for the back seat of a car, but if you have young ones, you'll have to do a 2-3 more passes. It'll happen though. What it won't do: This is not a cheap way to do a deep and complete detail of your house. Hire a steam cleaner then use this bad boy from that point forward.

Pretty good! Well designed. Well made. Nice size for autos or cleaning a stain on the carpet inside the house. Two things though, it is lacking a crevice tool for tighter spaces. I bought to clean up a spill in my car between the drivers seat and drivers door frame. The provided tools could clean the area a little more than half way. But needed a crevice tool for the rest. It doesn’t come with one. The other thing is that when I first turned it on to the water plus steam mode, the steam was colder for a couple minutes so I turned it to the steam only mode and then it got hot. When I turned it back to water and steam, the steam remained hot. The tools provided work well but it would be nice to also have a tool wider than 5” in order to make the job faster but maybe the machine is too small to handle enough suction for a wider tool? Overall it’s handy and does a good job for what you’re given. I do recommend it so for.
