Supports and provided pain relief
I have used KT tape before with good results. This particular line of tape did not adhere as well.Not sure if it is defective? I would buy The KT tape again , just not this type.

Wonder Tape
Huge fan of KT tape. Used for plantar fasciitis, and sciatica. Always a wonder tape. I gave 4 because this tape didn't stick as well as the original.

Adhesive lasted less than one day
Started to come off less than 1/2 a day. Applied as directed, watched video. I think Duck tape would have been just as effective. Very disappointed. Would not recommend, would not purchase again, would not recommend
