Las hojas santas o hierba santa,tiene una textura suave y fresca. Y el aroma concentrada. Gracias por la buena calidad del producto. En lo personal se lo añadí al pozole,una vez que da el último hervor. Le añade a este un sabor muy peculiar. 😋

What I like is that it arrived on time and the large dried leaves were intact, not broken. What I did not like: NO flavor. How long were these stored? Did I get an old batch? When I opened the package and smelled, there was no scent. I tasted a bit of dried leaf. Nothing. No taste. I crushed it between my fingers--no scent, no flavor. I boiled water and steeped it: nothing. My husband had the same experience and decided we could have dried some random leaves from the garden and had gotten more flavor. I'm disappointed. I'll keep searching.

It was honestly not the best quality. Not sure if it’s dried correctly but doesn’t have much taste

it looked great in the package but was very dried out & disintegrated with the lightest touch .Only had a light grassy scent Wanted it for my nacatamales

Bought this because I couldn’t find the fresh leaves nearby. Figured it wouldn’t be as strong in flavor but should still have somewhat of that flavor anyway and if I added more leaves it should work. Yea nope. I added so many leaves and it didn’t pick up any of the hoja Santa flavor at all. Actually upon opening the bag I got nervous because it doesn’t smell like hoja Santa at all. Not even close! I was making mole amarillo and it ruined it. Don’t waste your money.
