Ordered this with a $50 coupon off! I originally ordered this because of suspicious activity in my apartment building. I’ve had this for a little over a week and a half and I can say I’m definitely happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research, comparing it to ring camera, blink, Arlo, and Google nest but by far I would have to say this is the best camera on the market for its price with the coupon. It comes with 16 GB has two way audio the video and audio is very clear. It might be different for others depending on your Wi-Fi network. Otherwise for me it works great. My notifications are pretty quick. It has a slight lag into it when you’re going to view it but I think that’s just a connectivity issue for my Wi-Fi so take it with a grain of salt. Comes with great storage and quick notifications. I love how you can customize setting with a schedule of when your present at home or away. The alarm itself is loud be prepared. It also has a feature where you can set up your own personalized message if someone rings your doorbell, so I’d really do like that feature. Overall I think this doorbell camera beats every other camera on the market. I did purchase another doorbell camera called Work, but decided to give that instead because I really like the aesthetic of this doorbell camera because it looks like Google nest but better. It also has a feature of sensitivity on how close you want it to visibly see motion it does have AI technology, so it always but spots my pet on the camera. Overall, I think this is the best doorbell camera. You can wire it if you want but with the conditions of me living in an apartment, I think it does well on its own.

Good camera. Bought it to supplement. Other cameras of the same brand. The only down side is the lag between viewing videos

Camera arrived well packed and set up ok. Disappointed that it only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi. Installed ok. It just doesn't work. Can't see video live or in 'events' due to 30 second lag. Sometimes view never comes up. I don't know what good the error message that comes up stating "report" and then "ok, got it. Fix coming ASAP" because no "Fix" ever comes. Connected to existing doorbell chime connections and it must charge the batteries because it always says "100% Charged". Chimes the inside right away and the chime on the doorbell is delayed by about 10 seconds or more before it chimes on the doorbell. I didn't get to test out trying to speak to anyone ringing the doorbell because it does not respond to video or audio from subjects due to the lag in response between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi. Very disappointed in this product between what it claims and what it actually produces.

This is a great camera. Works well, picture quality is great, and the battery life is fair. The issue, however, is when the battery dies. In fact, do yourself a favor and get the wired version of this doorbell. When the battery dies you need to remove the doorbell in order to charge it up. Simple, right? Not quite. The thing is nearly impossible to remove. Support says “twist counterclockwise and it should work.” If only it were that easy. I twisted, turned, pulled, prodded, yanked and stood against the wall trying to remove this thing all to no avail. So, it’s still on my wall, battery dead, while I try to figure out the trick in getting this thing off the wall. Overall, it’s a good product, but that one flaw, that one big flaw, makes me think I should have went with the wired over the battery operated version.

No doubt this doorbell camera functions much better in every way than Ring doorbell cameras do. And there is no monthly fee, like with Ring. So I don't feel like I am throwingmoney away every month for something that is useless. However, I wouldn't recommend the Noorio doorbell camera either unless you are only looking for an inexpensive replacement for a system you are currently throwingmoney away fir monthly. The Noorio doorbell camera loses connection often and freezes in mid recording/event or simply will not show video at all even though I have very strong and reliable wifi. If you are considering purchasing a Noorio doorbell camera, I highly recommend reading everything about it first. Including the differences between running a doorbell camera as a stand alone and connecting it to a Noorio hub. In my experience, it functions better without the Noorio hub. One good thing is, unlike the Ring doorbell camera I had previously wired, even if the wifi goes down it still functions as a doorbell. And if the power goes out but I still have wifi it will still notify my phone if someone rings the bell- as long as it does not lose connection like it often will do.

I already had 2 of the Noorio B311 cameras and am very happy with them. So I decided to add their doorbell camera. Easy to setup and install. Excellent camera and doorbell. I've also added a Noorio hub. Also an excellent investment as all pics and videos are stored on the hub and not in the cameras.

Install was very straightforward used the wired in option original doorbell works perfectly. I charged it up first and when wired into doorbell wires no need to ever charge stays at 100% charge . Added it in with ease to my app with my other Noorio cameras great unit very clear. Just put a tiny bit of lubricant on the 2 bottom tab for easy snap in to bracket and bang great fit.

The doorbell doesnt even notify when its pressed it only triggers like my cameras i pressed it to check i dont get no notification not even working

It is NOT compatible with Alexa. It is NOT on the list of Alexa-recognized devices and impossible to connect Alexa to. Otherwise, I love it
