I'm a lady in her sixties with severe pelvic floor dysfunction, resulting in chronic constipation. Rectal dilators were recommended as an exercise modality for my condition. I was pretty leery of trying this for obvious reasons and reluctant to spend $60 or more for a set and then decide that I couldn't do it. I compromised and bought these. Yes, it took some getting used to and is not my favorite activity, but lo and behold, they work and have helped with my condition immensely. I have nothing bad to report about them.

These dilators are a great option for anyone suffering from Vaginismus. Very effective and functional.The shape is great, the tip support gradual penetration with less resistance.They are softer than the plastic ones, so you can feel more confident during the exercises, as they will bend if they find resistance and you will know you are tightening the muscles too much, reminding you to relax them.The ring for pulling them is a good size and the difference in sizes between units is a good gradual change.They are not heavy at all, easy to use (remember the breathing and relaxing part!).If you need support in your vaginismus journey, please consider consulting a Psychosexual Therapist and a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

I like these they are soft and great handle. But they are missing a step early on and create too much of a jump from the 2nd to 3rd. Other than that they are great!

These were great quality but size was not as big as I needed. As I age I had atrophy.

they’re quite soft and good for the price. i didn’t notice while ordering, but they come with a discreet bag to store them in! i was expecting to have to buy one. very happy

They are well made firm but not rock hard, the only reason I didn't give more stars is because I feel like the jump from the second biggest to the biggest is a bit much and their should be a step in-between, but that's just my opinion. Perfect for the price.

Works just like it was intended for. Just take your time and you will be happy
