Easy to use, was ideal when we needed to lock off a section of the office for a new tenant privacy. very cost effective option.

Won’t close from outside
Easy to install, but when I want to leave the house the door latch won’t close. You turn the knob but nothing happens. Can anyone help me figure this out?

This product works great.
So far there is nothing I dislike about the keyless entry. Everything worked as it is supposed to. Installation was extremely easy. Probably going to purchase another one.

Best purchase I ever made
I have some security issues where I'm at and constantly using a key to get into a closet it was a pain. The Locking door handle is amazing. It's made my life so much easier. And it locks automatically after 4 seconds so no need to be punch the code to lock

Broken
Received this and it was broken. The middle square rod doesn’t turn when in the latch there for the connecting latch doesn’t pull in to open the door. Trying to request a refund but I’m getting the run around? Never had a issues with other refunds so I don’t know what’s going on… super frustrating
