Used these this year during a hot 2025 LDN marathon. Nice taste. Used alongside gels. Got myself a PB and didn't hit the dreaded wall 👍😄. So there a win win for me . Also didn't have any cramp issues this time.

Tasty, but has too much sugar, if like me you are just after the salt content, not enough salt!

Like the taste, helps refresh and energies during a long work day.

Helped on my marathon, also gave some people that was struggling 1 or 2 so helped more than just me
