As expected

Easy to swallow not a very big after flavor, did not make my stomach hurt. Very cost-efficient, and a great vitamin to add to your dietary supplements. Will probably need a 60 to 90 day supply to notice a difference. It does also help with high blood pressure and stress and getting out extra mucous in the body.

If I could give this black seed oil 10 stars I would. This is one of my favs and I refuse to buy any others because this one works so well for me. This is about the 4th or 5th time that I bought it. It leaves no after taste nor a weird tasting burp. So easy on the stomach and it barely even smells. But it works AMAZING!! I don’t work for this company at all but I do certainly recommend it for trying. Trust me that I am a major sceptic but I let it go by the end of the first bottle. Try it and Hopefully you will love it as much as I do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

These have a strong aftertaste of black pepper, but they do help regulate digestion.

Just like everyone else I saw these on TikTok and I decided to give them a try. I also was intentional to wait 6 weeks to leave this review to allow enough time for results, and I have to admit, I'm impressed!When I first took them, the taste was kinda annoying because you burp and you can taste it. But after about 1-2 weeks, I totally didn't even notice the taste anymore, even when I burped. I also choose to take these before bed and I think that helped reduce my notice of the taste and it didn't effect my sleep cycle at all.It has now been about six weeks since I first started taking these pills, and my hair and nails have been grown soo much!! At first I couldn't figure out how the heck they all of a sudden were growing so nicely and then I remembered that that's why I started taking these pills! I am super impressed. My hair is noticeably longer and my nails are noticeably healthier. I also don't really struggle with acne other than an occasional really annoying pimple that lasts for like 2 months and scars, but so far I haven't had any new acne or pimple developments and I think this has helped with that too! So for those perks, I am super happy.HOWEVER! I am convinced these pills have made me constipated as that can be one of the side effects. So be careful if you're someone who struggles with that already! But for me, it's still worth it so I am going to continue taking them because I am obsessed with how amazing my hair and nails are lol.So 8/10 recommend - make sure when you buy it, to plan to buy at least two bottles to give yourself enough time to actually see some results!! Remember, it can take 6-8 weeks :)Update: after going to the doctor and going on meds, we realized it was these pills. So be careful! That’s why it’s 3 not 5 now!
