Q: The pair i bought does not have any size, fabric, washing tags inside. does anyone know how to wash and dry these? thank you.

Tag says: Hand wash cold; do not bleach; line dry in shade; do not iron; do not dry clean (but I machine washed on delicate cycle in cold and hung to dry - and they came out fine)

Q: is this pants high rise /high waisted?

Just a normal waist height. They are very nice and look like lulu’s

Q: Do the pants snag; material seems iffy for light hiking? Thanks.

I haven't had that problem but they are knit so I'm guessing you could snag them on a rock or tree branches. I'd suggest Libin Women's Cargo Joggers. Lightweight quick flying hiking pants. They will not snag.

Q: Are these at all water resistant?

Since I have never worn these pants where they needed to be water resistant I tested a pair that have wash several times but still look new. And to answer your question, NO THESE PANTS DON’T SEEM TO BE WATER RESISTANT AT ALL. I sprinkled the water on the fabric hoping it would bead. It did, for about 3 seconds and then soaked right in. If it’s any consolation they are very comfortable, hold their shape and are stretchy enough for easy movement.
