I do like this, however, it is very warm. I don't need a blanket under it!

If you want a blanket that makes a small mountain when folded up, this is the one you want. Kept me warm during an ice storm power outage. Keeps me the perfect temperature, as down does. Very fluffy. Makes my bed feel luxurious. Kind of a pain to lug around if I have to move it, but that's what makes it great. Yes, it has a smell, but it's the down. Every down item I've ever come in contact with has this down smell. Too big for a standard washer, so you'll have to take it to the laundromat to wash it properly. The spots to tye the cover on make it easier to change the cover. Make sure the cover you buy also has ties in the corners. I'll probably buy another for a gift.

It wasn't fluffy at all and it smelled terrible, so I took it to the cleaners and they said they had washed it six times. It still smells bad and isn't fluffy. I've never seen a goose down comforter like this in my life. I don't understand why consumers leave the best reviews
