I use them i my 42 amp plasma but I believe they're rated up to 60 amps.

Q: What is the country of origin for these? Where are they made?

These IPT-40 plasma cutting torch consumables are made of China.

Q: Will this fit the forney easy weld 20 p plasma cutter?

You have to look at your torch head. It will have the model # on it. (PT-60or PT-40 etc. ). Your owners manual for your Forney should also tell you what torch head it came with.
