I use this every time I wash my hair to relieve dry itchy scalp. It is amazing. It soothes my scalp and does wonders for what had otherwise been ongoing itchy scalp discomfort which started after my first pregnancy Great product. I rarely write reviews but want this product to always be available !! I hope ore folks try it and appreciate it as much as I do.

This is a good product, but I won't buy it again. I have issues with a dry itchy scalp, and this product has helped a great deal to resolve it. When I wake up in the morning I apply this to my scalp, and then shampoo it out once I get in the shower, so it is on my scalp for about an hour. This, combined with the Alcohol-Free Locking Spray has made a big difference in reducing the dryness and itchiness of my scalp. So why won't I buy it again? 1 - I'm not thrilled about the use of Soybean Oil as the carrier oil 2 - In my cupboard I have Jojoba Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, and Vitamin E Oil. I will just make it myself once the bottle is empty. If I had thought about it for a minute I would have just done that to begin with That being said, if you don't feel like mixing your own, this is a good product, that isn't terribly expensive, and helps with the issue of dry scalp and itchiness. It also doesn't use chemical preservatives, so that is a plus.

... So true! This is really helping me right now! The winter makes my scalp dry and itchy sometimes. I've used this 2x now prior to shampooing and when I wash out my hair and my scalp looks nourished and not dry. The itchiness as well is gone. This is a must for getting and maintaining healthy hair. My hair is highlighted and I have type 4 kinky-coily hair.. Worth the $, I've tried other brands that put the 1st ingredient as something just to fill it then tea tree oil etc. by Ms. Carter really used great ingredients in this. All natural.

I have been using this product for about 8 months on my natural hair. It really works wonders for dry scalp!! I use it two ways: as directed before shampooing & I also add a little bit to some coconut oil as scalp maintenance between washings. A little goes a long way & although the bottle is only two ounces it lasts me about two months!!

Smells nice but didn’t notice any changes after finishing the bottle. Will make it from scratch next time.

I have used this product for more than 5 yrs now. I used to have very dry, flaky scalp especially in the winter. Using this product consistently before every shampoo has eliminated that issue. LOVE this!!

I bought this for my Mother. She says it helps with her tight scalp and isn't greasy. I hope it continues to work for her.

This product burned and irritated my scalp when I used it, and then left red, inflamed areas on it after using. It took several days to feel better. If you have sensitive skin, like I have, beware of using this. The instructions said "massage, massage, massage". It should say, "beware, beware, beware"!

Unfortunately for me this product wasn't suitable for my hair but not to say it wouldn't be for someone else.
