This balance pad is exactly what I’ve been looking for but didn’t know existed. It has the perfect amount of cushioning and firmness. It “gives” just enough to help me regain my balance after a brain injury without causing me to fall. Also it’s the first pad I’ve found that cushions my badly injured knees without allowing me to sink to the hard floor. (I’m on the heavy side and I should have been looking for a balance pad instead of kneeler or gardening pad.) I can now bathe my dirt dog myself and save the money I was paying the groomer! My My dirt-dog jack will jump for joy when he learns about this find because it means he can play in the water and mud more often! It looks very nice and it does not slide underneath me on the slick floor. I may get the regular sized one to use as a booster in my vehicle.Thank you.

Love it. For those who may want additional balance practice, it's great. It can be place on both carpet and hard floors, very stable. What I really use it for is, the base for a smaller balance pad (same thickness, different brand) placed on top and centered. What I create is similar to a trampoline, with NO noise. Of course I am not jumping to the ceiling or leaving the pad....but there is an actual movement through-out the whole body. It also allows for good morning calf stretches and the full body toe lifts. It's the very first thing I do in the morning and it works great for me.

Came very quick. It works excellent with my rehab exercises. As good as pads at physical therapy.I reordered and another and one for my wife for yard work.

Perfect amount of padding. Bought initially up to use under my forearms when planking, but I also use this under my knees when doing girlie push-ups. I don’t care for the synthetic cover material but I just put a cotton pillowcase over it anyways. It has held up well due to its density. Portable and lightweight

I purchased XHF UL Listed 1 Inch (25mm) 3:1 Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing Marine Grade for exercise fitness. I found the pad too soft for fitness use however I found it as excellent use as knee pad.

This foam balance pad is a great duplicate of the pricy name brand one used in physical therapy practices. The size is generous and the foam maintains its sturdiness. You can use it as a seat cushion, kneeling cushion, or to stand on for balance and stability exercises.

I bought this when I was released from PT so I could continue with my exercises. I have been doing my single leg balance exercises while I brush my and it has kept everything strong. It is easy to use, a reasonable size, and can be used anywhere.

I bought this to add a degree of difficult to the balance exercises I am doing. I got the XL size since I have big feet. It is large enough for me to use for a toe to heel stance on the diagonal. It is thick and springy and the textured surface prevents it from sliding on my hardwood floor. I am happy with the quality and use it every day. Good addition to my routine.
