It does come with the happy birthday sign. Nice candles
I love the quality of the candles very nice and I love that the sticks are plastic and not paper. I love the happy birthday sign that is specific for 40th. It is of paper quality. Don’t expect it to be too durable.

The perfect candle does exist
I ordered this candle for my daughter and she loved it. It was the perfect candle for my little princess. It came perfectly packaged and worked great. My daughter loved the candle so much, she insisted we save the candle. I loved the color and the size was perfect.

Great Quality Candles!
I was really impressed with this candles! The metallic finish really set them apart from other candles. They are great quality and look amazing! I fully recommend them if your looking for numbered candles. The ones at the store are not nearly as nice. The sticks are also very sturdy and allow the candles to stay in place. I recommend that if they are too long to cut the sticks to better fit.

Great Candle
This candle was great for our Anniversary cakepops. Very sleek and elegant looking. Comes nicely packaged in a little box. Wick lit up easily with lighter. Did not drip after only a few mins lit. Very well made. Will use again for my kids future birthday. No negatives.
