Five stars for it is a sugar substitute. Will cut down a star and give four stars because it is definitely NOT 1:1 sugar substitute as mentioned. I would say 1 spoon of Trunativ is equivalent to 3 spoons of sugar. So be mindful and start with 1/4 spoon if you are adding it to a cup of tea and then gradually adjust as per your taste. Also, it does not 100% taste like sugar, can feel the sweet taste a little, like 5-10% different from sugar. But there is no bitter or lingering after taste like stevia. It wouldn’t matter since it is zero calorie option compared to sugar.
