The only kosher salt I'll buy. The flakes are a nice size in between table salt and coarse Mortons salt, so I find it more useful.

So happy I found this salt. Definitely a healthier salt compared to other salt choices. Brings out the great flavor of meats like fish, chicken and beef, but just as great for vegetables. If you're worried about clumping, just add a few grains of rice to soak up any unwanted moisture. This will be taking the place of the pink salt I used to use.

Diamond Crystal is the GOAT, and these flakes are perfect for finishing.

The best salt to ever salt. This salt is perfect. It is perfect size the perfect price! I have tried other flaked salt and I hate it some of it is too course or too big of flakes. These are perfect. I worked at a restaurant for 7 years and we also used this salt!

This salt is far superior to supermarket salt. Recommended to me by my Son-in-Law who is a chef. Its small flakes add beautiful flavour to my cooking, and the taste is so much nicer than regular table salt.

I read a review recently testing a wide variety of consumable salts. It confirmed this salt as being the purest & free from contaminants. Other brands tested had trace elements of arsenic, lead & heavy metals. This salt is great & has the assurance of being contaminant free 👍
