Came brand new in the box and sealed with plastic. Everything connects and works all pieces present and accounted for. Perfect size. Had to turn the volume off because it was loud and I got it for work and school. The apps I needed for work and school installed quickly. Seems very durable. The only issue which isn’t even really an issue is that the battery goes down relatively quickly but not so quickly it will affect the tended use. 4.5/5 stars only because the battery life could be a bit better and the case doesn’t hold the tablet up as shown in the pictures but for the price I can’t complain.

I read all the reviews and was a little worried but I knew I could always return it, but I have had none of the problems that other's have had.. Absolutely would recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a budget tablet. I don't even know if I would say budget to be completely honest.. This tablet can do anything the $300-$500 tablet's can do with the same ease!! I love my tablet and all the extras that came with it.. Extremely happy with purchase..

Recently our "family ipad" broke. We like having a tablet of some kind around for screen time for the kids or just for puzzle games for the adults when we have down time. I decided to buy this as a replacement. For the price its really nice. Set up was easy. The only complaint is I cant get it to connect to the keyboard. I have a different keyboard that it will connect to but for some reason or another it wont connect to the one provided. It "finds" the IP address but wont connect. It does however connect to the mouse provided. The kids like the mouse. Our 5 year old pretends to be working and types me fun emails. We charged it overnight and got it to charge to 100% so no battery issues there. I like that it came with a case and accessories. I say buy it. I kind of took a gamble buying a "cheap" tablet but figured I'd just return it if it was awful but we'll definitely be keeping it.

Nice Tablet for the price and the extras that it came with. The Tablet keeps dropping internet and I frequently have to restart it so that it can connect. That is very frustrating.

Really nice and everyone else now wants one. Also I was having a bit of trouble finding the memory card slot. Heads up it the little spot next to the plug in. No door or cover once you put it in restart your tablet. The stand doesn't work for the tablet. It falls repeatedly while you're trying to work.
