I originally bought the supplement to assist with back pain I was having. I bought it to take in conjunction with some other vitamin B supplements. This supplement in conjunction with the other supplements I bought has helped with my back pain. I’ve also noticed my hair is thicker shinier, and is growing faster. My nails are also stronger than they have ever been. And no longer break off.

My husband is prescribe vitamins E .Pharmacy is selling the other type of bit E. Did some research and found out that this type is way better , so I keep buying

Great for my liver. Enzymes were elevated. This along with Milk Thistle and Tudca got my numbers normal.

I am using these. I do not see/feel/know if I am benefiting. Each capsule tastes like whiskey. I am curious if anyone else has that issue. I do not know if they work. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt but do not know why they taste as though I am getting a bit of hard alcohol on my tongue. I wonder if I am being duped. I wish someone would have commented, but it seems I am the only one. Before this brand, I took another brand and they just tasted like the gelatin. I'm praying these are effective.
