Works great, no complaints. Had these during my pregnancy and it was a great addition to my prenatals. I had quality sleep some nights and generally less aches and pains. I like to think it's because I've been taking these regularly but I'll never really know.

These capsules are slightly bigger than my fiber pills. I can swallow them fine, but I can imagine that it might be a bit difficult for others. I take two in the evening, daily, and this past week I have to say that I sleep more soundly now and feel great. I typically have interrupted sleep where I get up and cannot go back to sleep, but now it is not as frequent, and when I do wake, I usually go right back to sleep. This may be due to feeling more relaxed, exercising, and having a more consistent sleep routine. This chelated Magnesium trio is just what I need to address my insomnia issue. The Latin root for the word “Chelate” means “to claw,” as absorption of this chelated magnesium into your cells are much better if it were to stick around long enough in your body to become successfully incorporated. In conclusion, my experience with other Magnesium complex brands yielded similar results with my sleep cycle, but I always come back to this complex trio [when it goes on sale]. In all seriousness, I feel that this is one of those things in life that you cannot put a price on. For me, the money I spend on these high-end supplements are worth their weight in gold.

I’ve used these for a couple of years now. I somewhat recently stopped using these when my last bottle was due to a refill and started using spray instead. For me, nothing compares to these. My sleep is so much better when I have these — literally will not sleep a lot of nights without them or will not fall asleep until I do have them. Highly recommend at least trying them if you are in the market! (I also recommend checking out their other supplements — great products, great price points, and a wide variety of options to meet almost everyone’s needs.)

I have found that this is the only triple magnesium complex that actually gives me the benefits that I need. I tried a couple other name brands and they did not deliver as expected. This product delivers and I usually purchased the large bottle which lasts me for two or three months based on the dosage.
