I LOVE these!!!! They don't stick to my teeth, taste good, quick energy, easy to open, similar price to other chews, come in lots of flavors. If you are using for longer runs, empty the packets into lil plastic bag cuz the air in the original packets takes up a lot of room in vest.

By far my favorite form of running fuel -- infinitely tastier than the gels, and easier to consume on the go. They're basically just really good gummies -- that happen to contain caffeine to keep you going.
