Q: Does this have 5 hooks for F and G cup sizes?

The 38DDD (F) has only 4 hooks. I don't know about the G cup.

Q: What band size i only see ddd option??

I didn't even notice there was no band size. I was thrilled they had a G cup. I am a 36 band size and it fits me great.; I really like this bra, especially because of the price.

Q: does the sides dig into your arm pits? I have a short torso and need a bra that is not wide on the sides

No, not at all. I am shot also. But it is wide on the sides compared to many bras. I did try and attach a photo.

You have to select the bra design and color that you want. The bra that I ordered looks like the picture.
