Bit odd to be asked about the stability of a wobble pad - great anyway

Extremely well made and stable.
Not only well packaged but also comes with a handy leaflet that gives a good variety of exercises to start off your programme if you don't already have one. What's more, they have illustrated photos to show the steps of the exercise in action. Can also be used as a cushion on my chair. Have to remember to take it off at night as the cats love it too - not sure they're doing lunges though!When I'm a bit more mobile I'll be looking at whatever else they have on offer to see how I can move on. Well worth the cash!
