It's a great, lightweight replacement for my weighted blanket. Perfect for travel and helps me feel swaddled and cocooned.

I used the size chart and did not feel a “hug” except at my upper arms when I tucked them inside. Everywhere else felt loose. It is also too hot to use during summer months because the fabric traps humidity next to the body and doesn’t breathe well.

So overall the construction and idea behind this sleep pod is great. It kind of helps me, but not enough to deal with getting in and out of it if I have to get up during the middle of my sleep. I sleep hot, and I did not feel like this was cooling for me in anyway, but I don't really blame them for that. The material is a nice soft sort of microfiber athletic shirt kind of material. I mostly don't have sensory issues with fabrics, but this was nice to slide into. The foot pouch is pretty easy to either put your feet in or pull your feet out of, and it did feel like it helped keep my feet cozy (my feet are often cold, likely from circulation issues). Overall I have found that I prefer a weighted blanket, but I definitely think this is worth trying if you can afford it.

I have slept so well since I bought this. Everyone is getting one for Christmas!
