The Tinnitus Retraining Therapy Book: Walking You Through TRT (Ears Gone Wrong(tm)) Review: This book will give you hope - Excellent book. The explanation of the neurophysiological aspect of tinnitus was very clear. It has helped me to know what is going on in the brain to have this problem. Also, encouraging because it is clear that the problem can be cleared up over time by using the right approach. The author explains clearly how tinnitus relief therapy works. Review: Habituation well and compactly explained - Well compactly explained how habituation works regarding Tinitus. Besides it explains well how TRT works, but for me the the habituation part was very important and made me understand it better. My background is in science so the level was easy to understand. Perhaps if you ar enot into science you have to read it twice, but stil very nicely explained.

Easy to read and very informative
Easy to read and very informative. After 50 years of working in the medical field, I found many practical concepts and therapies for treating and living with tinnitus that were new to me.
