However, after trying it for a period of time, I remain uncertain about its effectiveness in supporting my immune health or alleviating any cold symptoms. While the taste was a definite highlight, I didn't notice any significant changes in my well-being.

This item which is extremely fragile was shipped in a plastic envelope that was visibly leaking and left a stain on my front porch where it was carelessly delivered.
