The package arrived six days sooner than expected! I was worried after seeing pictures of it breaking that it could possibly have cracked during shipping, but it was completely intact. It came with a cute sunflower on both the gift box and gift bag, which those came in a clear plastic bag. Inside of the gift box was a tear jerking note and two packaging squares with more bubble wrap around the heart itself. The headstone itself was the perfect size (8x8) and had no errors. Also the thickness was decent that made me comfortable when handling that I wasn’t going to accidentally break it. It even had three cushions dots on the back of the heart which I wasn’t expecting but liked. Our family dog was a Schnauzer and I’m so happy with how this picture captured her warmth. Could not be happier with this purchase. My mother loved her gift for Abby’s grave in their backyard. ❤️🐶*the discoloration on the back was from the warmth of my hand on the cold stone. It vanishes.*
